By using ETravelSIM you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service description
ETravelSIM provides travel eSIM data plans for use in 40+ countries. We act as a reseller of eSIM services provided by eSIM Go. Data plans are prepaid and non-transferable.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to purchase eSIM plans. Your device must be eSIM compatible and unlocked.
3. Payments
All prices are in GBP. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans are charged at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
Uninstalled eSIMs: full refund within 30 days. Installed but non-functioning eSIMs: contact support within 7 days. Installed and functioning eSIMs: no refund once data has been used.
5. Fair use
Plans are for personal use only. Reselling data or using plans for commercial hotspots is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair use policies.
6. Limitation of liability
ETravelSIM is not liable for network outages, roaming incompatibilities with specific devices, or losses arising from connectivity issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
