Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
eSIM data: ICCID, activation status and data usage for eSIMs you purchase

Device information: device type and OS version for app compatibility
Usage data: how you interact with the app, for improving our service

To process your eSIM orders and deliver QR codes
To send order confirmations and usage alerts by email

3. Data sharing

We share your data only where necessary:

eSIM Go: our wholesale eSIM supplier — receives order details to provision your eSIM
Stripe: payment processing — subject to Stripe's own privacy policy
Resend: email delivery service — used to send transactional emails
Supabase: database hosting — your data is stored securely in EU data centres

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for 7 years for financial compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@etravelsim.co.uk.

5. Your rights

Our website uses essential cookies only — no advertising or tracking cookies. The app does not use cookies.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
