My eSIM isn't activating β€” what do I do? +
Make sure Data Roaming is enabled for the ETravelSIM plan in your phone's Settings β†’ Cellular. If still not working, try toggling Airplane Mode on and off. Email support@etravelsim.co.uk with your order reference and we'll resolve it within 2 hours.
I didn't receive my QR code email +
Check your spam folder first. QR codes are delivered within 2 minutes of payment. If it's been longer, email support@etravelsim.co.uk with your order reference and we'll resend it immediately.
Can I get a refund? +
If your eSIM hasn't been installed, we offer a full refund within 30 days. If you've installed it but it hasn't worked, contact us and we'll either fix the issue or refund you. Email support@etravelsim.co.uk with your order reference.
How do I install an eSIM on iPhone? +
Go to Settings β†’ Cellular β†’ Add eSIM β†’ Use QR Code. Point your camera at the QR code in your email. Tap Add Cellular Plan. When in your destination country, set ETravelSIM as your data SIM and enable Data Roaming.
How do I install an eSIM on Android? +
Go to Settings β†’ Connections (or Network) β†’ SIM Manager β†’ Add eSIM β†’ Scan QR Code. Point your camera at the QR code. Follow the on-screen prompts. Set it as your data SIM when abroad.
